100 leg presses and 20 arm curls; but no 1.5km run.

It's been a while since I've blogged.

This morning I've been dragged out of bed (yet again) to go to the gym, which took a whopping 15 minutes (of my precious sleep time) to get there by foot. You can expect how tired I was when I came back with aches in and on my feet, and some developing blisters on my hands, acquired from the Dip Assist and the Chin Assist station. Besides which, I realised that I could do a 10kg on my right hand for Arm Curls (single-handedly), but still have yet to train my left arms for it. For Triceps Extensions, which probably are easier than Arm Curls, I guess I could also do a 10kg on my left as my right.

Oh and after yesterday I realised I need to improve my strokes a little to give power to the hands to play the drums. As well as dig in to the bass pedal to give a stronger sound to the bass drum. And of course, I corrected the mistake of playing the crash cymbals 90 degrees down, by sliding past the cymbals; which gave a sharper sound.

One Way was one of the songs we played yesterday, the melodious harmony and the enthusiasm I could feel in the music was tremendous in ringing throughout the church. Nobody complained though; all for the Lord!

Just hope that everyone went home knowing that this was worship to the Lord, and we are worshipping Him alone, not the music.

Yeah, next Saturday will prolly be our band's practice, for SWS the following day. I kinda look forward to it!

And I know that everyone looks forward to it!

Brazil is still going on strong but Ronaldinho (as I've heard since yesterday) has not been showing much of a lustre; a lacklustre I should say. And I wonder why everyone likes Kaka, and by everyone I mean all the girls. -shrugs- Besides the fact that he's good-looking, what else? He's not better than Ronaldinho at Samba, and only perfect at assists, so what else? Yes he did score goals, but Ronaldinho has shown better. Well, we will see at the Finals.

I guess maybe Brazil's playmaker is plotting a big surprise for the finals.
